Prof. Christos Masouros (UCL) Shines at the ISAC Lecture Series!
We are proud to highlight the participation of Prof. Christos Masouros (UCL) in the Fundamentals of ISAC Lecture Series, co‑organized by Chaspark, a global academic exchange platform for STEM talent, and ISAC‑ETI.
Prof. Masouros delivered two outstanding presentations:
Lecture 4: Network-Level ISAC
Lecture 5: Security and Privacy in ISAC
providing deep insights into distributed sensing, coordination, and the new security and privacy challenges introduced by integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) networks.
The lecture series brought together leading experts in ISAC, including Prof. Fan Liu, Prof. Jie Xu, Prof. Yifeng Xiong, and Prof. Giuseppe Caire, and covered topics ranging from information-theoretic foundations and signal processing techniques to edge AI, radio SLAM, environmental sensing, and low-altitude wireless networks. Across the series, more than 9,500 online viewers explored the latest innovations in ISAC, gaining actionable knowledge for both research and practical implementation.
The impact of Prof. Masouros’ lectures lies in bridging fundamental research with real-world applications, helping participants understand how to design ISAC systems that are secure, privacy-aware, and capable of network-level coordination. For the 6G-MUSICAL project, these insights are particularly valuable, as they inform the development of next-generation 6G solutions that integrate sensing and communication to enhance system performance, reliability, and security. The collaboration highlights the synergy between academic research and practical 6G experimentation, strengthening the foundation for innovative project outcomes.
