6G-MUSICAL Acknowledged During Prof. Christos Masouros’ Inaugural Lecture at UCL!
The 6G-MUSICAL project was proudly acknowledged during the Inaugural Lecture of Professor Christos Masouros, held in April 2025 at University College London’s Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
The public lecture celebrated Prof. Masouros’ promotion and his distinguished contributions to the field of sustainable wireless communications and Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), themes that lie at the heart of the 6G-MUSICAL project.
During his keynote, Prof. Masouros explored several groundbreaking research directions, including:
🔹 Symbol-level precoding techniques
🔹 Energy-efficient and hardware-conscious wireless networks
🔹 Sensing-augmented wireless systems for 6G
6G-MUSICAL was featured among the key European projects supporting this research vision, with an acknowledgment during the presentation highlighting the project’s alignment with Professor Masouros’ pioneering work in ISAC and sustainable communications.
The evening gathered an engaged audience of colleagues, students, alumni, and guests, celebrating a major career milestone and offering a forward-looking perspective on the future of next-generation communications.
